I'm a London-based poet, spoken word artist and storyteller who writes about love, family and matters of the soul.

Dyspraxia and ADHD are part of my neural make-up, but they don't define me.

I believe in the infinite possibility of human connection and belonging.

My work has been published in several print and online publications, including Lothlorien, Curio Cabinet, Duck Duck Mongoose, and Move Me Poetry.
